Christmas Recipes!

Let's bake and bond this Christmas!


What better way to spend Christmas than to bake and bond with your little one? Our super simple recipes with a few steps are age-appropriate, suitable for children 3 up!


These simple recipes boasts of

1. a few simple ingredients that won't have you prepping a long shopping list.

2. simple steps that your little one will be able to follow with their motor skills.

3. budget friendly ingredients.






Butter cookies!

170g of butter

65g of icing sugar

165g of plain flour

70g cornflour

(makes approx. 40 cookies)


1. Add the butter first, followed by icing sugar, and cornflour.

2. Add plain flour and mix well.

3. Place baking paper onto baking tray and brush with butter

4. Take a small (and desirable) amount of cookie dough and shape it into any shape you'd like your Christmas butter cookies to be!

5. Place them gently onto the baking tray

6. Bake at 190°C for 18 - 20 minutes.


Wait for the oven to ring while you enjoy the wonderful aroma of buttery cookies filling your home kitchen!





Graham Crackers!




1 cup whole wheat flour

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup softened butter

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup water


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix the first 6 ingredients well!

3. Add the softened butter to the mix and mix well.

4. Add honey and water to the mixture, and continue to mix them well!

5. Take a small (and desirable) amount of cookie dough and use a cookie cutter of your choice to cut it into any shape you'd like your Graham Crackers to be!

5. Place them gently onto the baking tray

6. Bake for 15-18 minutes.


Wait for the oven to ring. You may smell a hint of cinnamon while the Graham cookies bake!
